Kyle has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Solar Energy Lab at the University of Wisconsin - Madison where he specialized in HVAC/R and system modeling. Member of ASHRAE, previously NEBB certified in Test and Balance, and professionally licensed in multiple states he combines his academic background and design/build construction experience to create sustainable designs with the installed, operating system in mind.
Jerry Oglesbee
Principal
Jerry is a Colorado Licensed Journeyman Plumber and before spending 12 years as a mechanical designer, he ran both special and large projects as a construction project manager. Member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, Jerry’s extensive background in the field and intimate knowledge of piping components, fixtures and installation methods is reflected in the shop quality constructible drawings we insist upon.
Chad Tidd, LEED AP
Principal
Chad has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and Associates Degree of Technology from Denver’s Institute of Technology. He has managed the HVAC, plumbing design and drawing production on many multi-million dollar projects around the Denver Metropolitan and Colorado Resort communities.
TREVOR BROMBERG, P.E.
Principal
Trevor has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa. He has served as the ASHRAE Rocky Mountain Chapter President and Board Member and Denver ASPE Chapter President and Board Member in his 19 years of experience. Licensed in Colorado, Missouri, and Arizona, Trevor has managed HVAC and Plumbing projects of all sizes, including, mechanical prime projects.

Donna holds a BS from Regis University and has 13 years of experience in Business Administration. In her free time away from work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, and spending time with family and friends.
